In 1976, our farm was started with 20 acres of star thistle and a dream. Inspired by the idea of farming sustainably, the Barsotti/Barnes family started growing organic, specialty fruits and vegetables and co-founded the popular Davis Farmers Market. We now sell our farm fresh produce at farmers markets throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento regions.
Our farming, harvesting, packing and cooling operations are designed with the latest technology to ensure freshness from farm to dinner table. We use industry specifications to pack our produce to ensure that the customer expectations are met. Our cutting-edge software system allows us to track our produce back to the field in which it was grown. Our attention to detail and quality results in consistent specifications and freshness in every box.
Restaurant & Retail Delivery
Our knowledgeable and accessible sales team is dedicated to working with local chefs and retailers to provide the season’s best produce directly from our farm. In order to better meet the needs of our customers, we offer after-hours ordering, no charge for order customization and no minimum order for delivery. We offer in-store demos and can provide informative and eye-catching, promotional materials to help increase sales for our retail partners.
Because we know our chefs sometimes like to purchase directly from farmers markets, we offer the convenience of shopping at markets as a preferred customer with the ease simplified billing arrangements. For more information, contact us.
