With the help of their wives, their family of employees, and the budding third generation of their families, Noah, Thaddeus and Freeman are continuing the food revolution that began in 1976 with 20 acres of star thistle and a dream.
Noah Barnes developed the farm’s wholesale business model with restaurants and markets, and today he focuses on strategic business partnerships while managing our continued strength in the wholesale and farmers markets areas. Thaddeus Barsotti has taken on the role as farm manager, actively focusing on selecting, growing and testing specialty produce varieties. Freeman Barsotti continues his commitment to building a strong financial model for farmers to connect produce directly to consumers by strategically managing our current programs. Together they work to grow and provide a better food system through our farms.
