After more than 30 years of organic farming, Capay Organic grows over 130 varieties of fruits and vegetables on certified organic land in the Capay and Imperial Valleys. We practice healthy crop rotation, encourage a diverse ecosystem around the fields, efficiently use local water sources and carefully select produce varieties that grow well and taste great.
Our focus is to supply seasonal, sustainably grown produce to local restaurants, retail outlets and farmers markets all year long.
